the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

This company needs to have the Better Business Bureau revoke any type of authority they have. Never in my life have I dealt with a group of such unprofessional and overpriced people. They did not get the work done we had paid 8k for. The inspector even told us that for what he had done, we were severely overcharged. They had to send a technician out two more times and still never finished the work. When we called, CHANEL, the receptionist, argued with me, talked down to me and had the absolute audacity to hang up on me, when all we requested was to speak to a manager. We have no power and have had no power for two weeks because of this company. DO NOT USE MICHAEL AND SONS. They're a nightmare and shouldn't be in business for all their downfalls. If I could give negative stars, I would. Save yourself a LOT of money and a lot of headaches and NEVER use this business.

A-1 was great from the moment I initially talked to them. They fixed the broken pipe same day and explained the problem and made recommendations. We ended up repiping the house. Greg was great. He's one of the nicest and hard-working people I have ever met. He's takes great pride in his work. If I ever need any plumbing work in future, A-1 will be the folks I call!

We had a major leak from our second floor shower, ended up cutting the ceiling to see what was the root cause of the issue, realized it wasn’t going to be an easy fix, called around for estimates. We saw Mr. Rooter had a great deal on Yelp for a first time savings. Once they gave us a quote in person, we saw it was pretty high compared to everyone in the area, but we really needed it to be done. They were willing to fix it on the spot. Regardless of the price, we had plumber Zane who was very kind and professional. He walked us through the whole process and made it very stress free. The customer service was above our expectation and that for itself was worth the price. Highly recommended strictly because of customer service and being on the spot and ready to fix. If you call, we recommend you ask for Zane!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Garbage disposal broke on Sunday repaired the next day. Good job

Andrew and his helper Tyler showed up precisely on time as promised and provided amazing work and communication throughout our new HVAC system install. Couldn't have asked for more professionalism or hard work. Tyler, even though apparently new, worked on installing outside and was done ahead of schedule as was Andrew on the inside install. Can't provide any more praise! Will recommend to anyone in the future!!
