The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. Requested an apt late night for as soon as possible to cap a gas line. We received a notification before 8am that someone would be here before noon, a call and text before 11am to say they were on their way, and the work was completed in less than an hour by a friendly tech who was willing to do even more than what we asked. We always have fantastic service with this company!

A T Large Plumbing, Alfred and son Ted and grandson are the best. I have known the family most of my life. I went to school with some of the family. They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. Harrison Boone called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a little early. He and his assistant, David, were very thorough when doing their inspection and periodically stopped to tell me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions about anything. They were extremely courteous while working in my home and talked to me about possible things I might want to consider for the future that would benefit me in my home maintenance concerns. His sincere attitude and ability to listen to my concerns caused me to request that he be the one to come back and do the next scheduled maintenance, which he willingly set up for me.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
