The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

They gave me a time window of when the plumber would arrive. They even called to let me know he was running behind, even though it was within the time frame. They sent a text of the person & picture who would be servicing me. He was fast & informative. Jeremy also gave me recommendations. He was friendly, professional & efficient. We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Awesome service from James!
A/C had been out for three days and our builder’s company couldn’t respond but they gave me James’s cell number and he came out at 8:30 in the dark to try to fix or diagnose the problem! He figured it out in minutes but needed to get a service Board to repair. He followed up first thing in the morning and gave me a price and told me he could be there within an hour to install! He did and repaired our unit in less than an hour!! James and the company phone contact were professional and caring. I will be using them exclusively for any future requirements and will recommend them to friends and family!!

This is the third time I used Tony& Son for my plumbing needs. I can only state that once again I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. Tony conducted the installation of a hot water heater for me and did the job with his usual professionalism. What I appreciate most about Tony, he never tries to sell me a product I may not need, only what is necessary for my situation. He is the only person I will call for my plumbing needs.

Can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in! I had a pipe burst that connected my sink, washer and dishwasher. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. So of course the most used appliances in my house were leaking under my house. Amy kept me informed every step of the way. Called each time to give a heads up they were coming, came in the time frame they gave me. They were awesome! Thank you guys!
