In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Received their services regarding a hot water issue. During our service we had a total of three techs come out.We first called and had them come out to diagnose it. The first tech told us that the water heater was receiving power and that it was either the element or the tank itself, but there was no way to test the elements and it would be a 50-50 shot if we replaced them. He quoted this at $400. if we wanted to replace the whole tank, it would be $2,000. I wanted to check to make sure that the tank was under warranty so I called My warrant company to figure it out what they could do. The next day we had another A1 Sewer and Drain technician come out because we needed to know the exact part that was malfunctioning to receive the warranty replacement. This technician told us that we actually can check the elements and he noted that they were good so it must be the tank that has an issue. We contacted the warranty company and received a new tank. $850 later we have a whole new hot water heater installed (took like 45 minutes I'm not sure why it cost that much but okay). After about four hours with the new heater we still were not receiving hot water… we had the third tech come back to check... ONLY TO TELL US THIS WHOLE TIME THE WATER HEATER WAS NOT RECIEVING POWER. When I finally went into the junction box it was discovered the wires that directed power to the water heater were complete detached and capped off. So it never was receiving power in the first place. I'm now out over $1,000 all because several techs said the unit was receiving power. I'm feel completely swindled out of money because we never needed the replacement in the first place and they charged a rediculous amount for a couple wires and two hoses. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. Dave puts the “plumb” in plumbing. He had to come behind another local plumber (an imposter passing himself off as a professional) the service warranty company sent. The ACTUAL plumber diagnosed the problem in no time, including coming up with a solution. We’re talking about clearing a kitchen sink clog, not finding Malaysia Flight 370. Dave knows what he is doing and won’t waste your time...just ask for him.

RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

Tony and his partner came out and ran a new water main to my house. First thing, they were much better priced than 3 other companies that came out. Plus, both him and his worker were very nice, friendly and knowlegeable and kept me informed of what was going on. They left everything as clean as when they started. Will definately use again for my plumbing needs..

Can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in! I had a pipe burst that connected my sink, washer and dishwasher. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. So of course the most used appliances in my house were leaking under my house. Amy kept me informed every step of the way.
