the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

A-1 (Terry) just finished replacing our down stairs toilet. This was the smoothest evolution I have ever encountered using plumber services. Calling to make an appointment was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Terry was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got to work and completed the job in great time. He left with everything picked up and cleaner then he found it. If you need good service at a fair price all A1 Sewer and Drain. Thank you Terry.

This is my second review. 5 stars for replacing a sump pump my dog ripped out the pipe causing the sumo to flood my basement. The tech could have just fixed it but I opted to replace the pump as it was pretty old. Outstanding job once again. Thank you.

From the time I texted them about my fan until the work was done, I was impressed with their professionalism. I called Precision Plumbing first thing in the morning with a plumbing emergency. My Mom just had hip replacement surgery and the bathroom downstairs was the only one that she could use. The toilet wasn’t draining right and it was leaking. Precision Plumbing made my emergency their priority and got the bathroom fixed the same day so that my Mom had a working bathroom as she recovered from surgery. I am truly grateful.
