We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

Don't be fooled! When you call for information or to schedule an appointment, their customer service is great, but if you have any issues/complaints, the customer service quickly goes down hill. The work done was good, although everything wasn't discussed prior to the work being done. When we had an issue with the billing, everyone from the owner, Jimmy, to the office manager, Candice and Cindy were all rude. I have never been talked to so negatively and from so many people at one company. I can honestly say they do not value customer service AT ALL. If you want to risk everything being done with no issues, then give them a call but if anything can possibly go wrong, don't expect them to be nice enough to fix/solve it. *If you don't believe me, sort the ratings by lowest score, you'll see for yourself how the owner handles his customers.*

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Their dedication to completing the job as planned, in the quickest most affordable way; while never compromising quality, is unmatched in the industry! Finally a contractor you can trust!!

The Technicians that were sent to my home arrived early, they were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and did excellent quality work. They showed me exactly where the issue was and how they fixed it. I would definitely recommend this service and will absolutely use them again.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Jeffrey was the service Pro who took care of our plumbing issue this afternoon. He was extremely professional and went beyond what we expected in terms of providing us not only the service we requested but additional helpful plumbing knowledge that we found to be quite helpful. His energy and positive attitude was something you don't see everyday when it comes to handyman type calls. The House Call company did a job by getting this guy on board. If we have any issues in the future, we wont hesitate to ask for Jeffrey by name. Thanks Jeff!
