Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Super professional, proficient and pleasant to talk to everyone at the office and the technicians, everyone was very helpful explaining what they worked on and how to use the equipment, they were really patient and answered all my questions. Keep up the great work!

Have not used their services as of today, however they kept me updated on when they will be able to fulfill the appointment. I have chosen to go through my home warranty.

After using Russell’s for several years to service an old boiler that was in our home when we bought it. (Rob was knowledgeable and honest with everything!!) my husband and I recently made the decision to upgrade to central heating and air. Jeramie Bottoms and his team of men can be counted on 100% to do excellent work. They relocated my water heater, installed a gas furnace, a/c unit, and ran all new duct work for our home. Everything looks amazing and the temperature feels great! These guys were honest, personable, and did a truly excellent job!!! Eddie, an electrician, worked “a little magic” which prevented us from having to a “blank” outlet in our home right outside the main bathroom. He corrected a problem without me even having to ask!Russell’s Heating and Cooling has the best men for whatever work you need - They have a guy for everything! Clearly there’s a reason they have been in business for so long!! I would recommend to anyone!!

we had an appointment time of 8-9am. 9:30 came and haven't heard from anyone so I called and they said someone would be heading there now. Immediately got a phone call from Chester stating he was on his way! When Chester arrived he was very polite and got right into helping us with our leaking roof. He found the problem and went to get the supplies and fixed it. Great experience.

I have a hundred year old house in Ocean View with all of the troubles that accompany older structures. These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done. I do not live in VA full-time, however, twice, on separate occasions, in the last few months, I needed emergency service on both my water heater and kitchen faucet, and both times A-1 responded immediately and provided quick, efficient and professional services, which respected the short-time we were available at our VA home. We also really appreciated the follow-up they provided as well, to ensure that the replacements and repairs made were satisfactory.
