The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Azriel was super professional and efficient. With very little information on what the issue was from me, because I have no idea about wiring, he was able to find the issue. He stayed to make sure everything was working and even figured out there was another issue that he also was able to fix. I highly suggest this company, when he left I was confident the issue was resolved.

They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. After losing power a few times since we bought our home, we decided to invest in a whole-home back-up generator.
We got a few quotes and didn't go with the lowest one but with the company we thought will give us the best service and support.
Little that we know, we made the wrong decision.
8 months and $13,500 later we got back home last night, around 9 pm, from a trip only to find out we had no power in the house.
The generator Smith and Keene installed didn't start automatically as we were promised.
I called Smith and Keene this morning to have them come and check it and their next available appointment is in 10 days.
I explained the operator this was a warranty job, but she couldn't care less.
I guess knew paying customers are more important to them than warranty work.

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

Thankfully for us, Mr. Parker responded quickly, repaired the pipe, and answered all of our questions. When we need a plumber again, we will definitely call AB Parker & Sons.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
