York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

The salesman came out placed the order to install a new tankless water heater and replace piping the work was scheduled for Friday 3/11/2022 the Technician arrived on time to do the work but was unable to complete the job because he was informed to just install the tankless water heater not replace the piping. So the Technician just so happens to have some material to start the piping replacement but couldn't finish and the technician said I would comeback to finish Saturday but the company schedule didn't allow the Technician to comeback to finish of course I found this out when I initiated the phone call when the Technician didn't show up around 8AM. The company scheduled a electrician for Monday but that was it.Me and wife spent the whole weekend with no heat hot water or gas and no response from the company today accept the initial call I made this morning to Nancy about the issue.I paid good money to get repairs done and this how tou treat your customers. There's no word to describe how mad and dissatisfied at the customer service the worst I ever encountered SMDH.

TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

Got my HVAC and Furnace installed early December of 2017. They busted up my attic entrance and destroyed my pull down stairs. The technician told me they will come out and fix it. I constantly called them weekly to get them out here, finally a guy comes out 3 and half months later to take pictures of it and then says again someone will be out to fix it, This has gone on for 6 months!!! Finally June 6, 2018 after a month of him rescheduling to come out to fix my attic, the guy comes out and replaces attic pull down stairs. Done a top touch job, but still waiting to hear back to get it painted!!! I also had to get them to come out a couple more times to install dampers in the furnace which was supposed to be in original install. My duct work was repaired not replaced. I was promised all new stuff, and for the price I had to pay, it should be all freaking NEW!!!! Not happy and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!

Terrible rip off. My parents had a weekend trouble call for a clogged drain. They fixed it in 35 minutes and charged them over $800. I expected they may have to pay somewhat of a premium. But after waiting four hours for them to show up and then get such a high quote leaves a real bad taste in my mouth. I suggest using a smaller and local company like Precision Plumbing....

Stay clear of this company. Famous last words we will call you back. They never call back and are extremely unprofessional.
