Best Home Inspection in Chesapeake VA

After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Hope arrived on time (on a Sunday) and was meticulous in evaluating both the inside unit as well as the heat pump. She went out of her way to explain everything, in layman’s terms. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to experience superior customer service that Hope provided. I will ask for her by name for all service going forward. You now have a new Elite customer.

Really impressed with the service and care from the team at Mr. Rooter. We had a problem with a toilet and had initially called the company who installed the plumbing in our home. They weren't available so Mr. Rooter came to the rescue. Sam arrived and got to work on the issue. It didn't take him long to locate the cause and restore our system to its proper operation. Thanks to all at Mr. Rooter. If I am in need of plumbing service again, they are the ones I'll call.

He’s been with Atomic for 10 years so there must be a good relationship there. I will not hesitate to call Atomic again for our plumbing needs. The magnet stays on the fridge.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

We had to contact Norfolk Plumbing for emergency service, in the middle of the night, over the weekend. A gentleman by the name of Alex responded immediately. He was one of the most pleasant personalities, professional and knowledgeable. It was not evident to us what the source of the leak was. He quickly checked several areas and was able to identify the problem within a short time of being at our home. Alex protected the floors and area where we was working, made the necessary repairs and cleaned up behind himself prior to leaving. We cannot say enough about this young man and the service we received from Norfolk Plumbing.
