Kelvin & his company were excellent! He showed up on time, and then identified/diagnosed the problem immediately. He got an immediate approval from our home warranty service. Went and purchased the part needed and returned the same day and made the repair. No issues with the shower since his repair. Will definitely keep him in our contacts for future repairs.

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I've used A-1 a few times. Customer service is always good and they are usually available to come out right away - let's be honest, it's always an emergency 😀.I gave 4 stars because the fee to come out initially was almost $200. The guy was there for 10 mins to say 'yup you need a new waterheater'...as it's spraying water all over the place. I get there's a price to come out/diagnose but dang!HOWEVER, I did get a $100 discount off the final bill, but only because I asked - that should have been automatically offered.

After having not the greatest experience over the last year with this company, today, our technician Rook LaMendola really turned things around. We have had technicians come in the past and be very rude, cranky, and downright unpleasant. We have had technicians come who tell us incorrect things. After over a week of our unit being out this time (it has been out several times) Rook came to install parts that someone else at the company quoted us for. Turns out, those parts were not actually what was wrong with the unit. Although all Rook was scheduled for was to simply come install the parts, he listened to our frustrations and took the time to really figure out what was wrong. He went back to the shop for a part (a one hour round trip endeavor) and installed it, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He talked with us, was very personable, and most importantly, listened to us. He went above and beyond what was expected today, and for that, my family and I are truly thankful. (And finally cool!) Thank you, Rook!

Josh DiMarco is amazing. He came into the townhouse I rent to replace a hot water heater in the attic. There were several issues he had to deal with immediately, that he handled extremely professionally and took the time to explain everything. He went above and beyond.
