I love Premier Plumbing! They're fast, convenient, and professional. Anything you need done, they can do. I had them replace my water heater a few years ago. They gave me a good deal, and were able to have it installed quickly. We did not have to go without. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I received a text with a picture and information about the tech coming to my house. He was very professional and friendly. Fixed the problem and the pricing was less than expected. I had a clogged drainpipe causing the raw sewage to back up into the house. I had called A-1 on Sunday because of their 24hr. service. They showed up the same day. The technician was very nice, polite and went to work. He had trouble with his equipment and fought more with that then working on the problem. Once he got it working, he found out that the pipe layout was not allowing the snake to go in the direction it needed. By this time, it was late in the afternoon, and he could not fix the problem. I was still charged for the service call. When I called A-1 the next morning I was told that was a 2-man job and it would be two days or more before they could have someone come back. This was unacceptable as I could not go two days or more without working plumbing. I had no choice but to call someone else to fix the problem at an additional cost. The other company came in and within 10 minutes had the problem fixed. I don't feel that I should have to pay the service calls full price for something that didn't get fixed and the lack of concern of having raw sewage backed up in my house.

I Highly recommend. Steve and Johnny were very professional and thorough. They diagnosed and repaired my AC quickly. They were on time and went right to work. I will call this company and request these guys for any future needed repairs. Great job! Thanks!

Do not give this company a dime! Been having problems since they installed a new toilet and attempted to repair 2 others. They have a slow response time as well.

I had been using Russell's and hadn't had an issue in the past. My blower motor went out on my Ac unit and I had no air. They told me they couldn't get out for 5 days. I called them back and requested an earlier date, stating that my young child would be at my house which was currently 92. They stated they'd be there the next day. The technician told me the part by itself would cost 1,400. I told them the part at max was 600. He told me It was much more expensive. He then told me for 1,400 he would add in the labor. I told them I would look elsewhere. I bought the part for 519 and fixed it myself. I've never worked on ac before and after watching a YouTube video it took me 25 minutes. So basically Russell's tried to charge me 1000 an hr in labor. I will not be using them in the future

This will be my first time using Richardson Plumbing, I have a service contract with HomeServer and heard they are good. Will do a full review once the job is done. Waiting for their call. Update: My problem is solved. Richardson Plumbing did not have to come out to fix the problem, I was told over the phone what I needed to do and I did as he said and I am so happy he was able to walk me through the problem. Thank you for your assistance and I will use your company whenever I have another problem.
