The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Tabitha was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She inspected the situation and got the job done making my mother in law very happy.

We contracted with them to make the final connection for sinks and faucets after countertops were replaced throughout our home. They did not come prepared with towels to keep the work area clean and they did not clean up afterwards thus leaving the workspace dirty.

We noticed that the ice maker in the kitchen which stopped working immediately after they finished their work so we had to arrange for a follow up visit.
They discovered that there was nothing wrong with their connections and still charged us $65 for a travel fee. I requested that they waive the fee in light of them following up on previous work.

After I told them that I was unhappy with their service and would be writing an unfavorable review, I was told that the fee would be waived if I wrote a favorable review on the spot and showed it to the technician for confirmation. I obviously declined.

Carlos & Mike came over today and fixed what drain master screwed up!! Both were absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable. They got my hot water heater fixed, they also fixed an additional 2 leaks I was having. Will absolutely recommend and only use them .

Robin showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had it resolved in no time, and left it cleaner than when he started.

Tony was on time and went right to work assessing what the issue was; he diagnosed the problem, explained what the solutions were, and solved the problem. It couldn’t have been an easier service visit and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Had a kitchen faucet installed and the service was excellent. Fast and professional.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
