the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Our tech Jay was very personable, and very professional. He took the time to explain the whole complicated situation. He advised us on the next steps we need to take. We would highly recommend him. He's definitely an asset to Michael and Sons.

I can't say enough good things about A1 Sewer & Drain. From the initial call to the finished work their staff was professional and friendly. This is the ONLY plumbing service that I contacted that was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone just like a professional auto repair shop would. Wonderful experience! I called the company at 8:30 am with failed gas hot water heater. They no problem. Mike and Jeremy arrived at 2:30 pm to replace unit in attic. It must have been 140 degrees. Great job. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

Paul replaced my tankless water heater for a fraction of what I was Quoted with A1!! They told me to downgrade and that didn’t sit well with me so I called around and found Lanthorn I couldn’t be happier they got my new Tankless unit quick and installed it no more than a hour it was amazing haven’t had any issues since and Dawn was amazing keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process and always making sure I had an accurate ETA thanks again you guys rock!

Got my HVAC and Furnace installed early December of 2017. They busted up my attic entrance and destroyed my pull down stairs. The technician told me they will come out and fix it. I constantly called them weekly to get them out here, finally a guy comes out 3 and half months later to take pictures of it and then says again someone will be out to fix it, This has gone on for 6 months!!! Finally June 6, 2018 after a month of him rescheduling to come out to fix my attic, the guy comes out and replaces attic pull down stairs. Done a top touch job, but still waiting to hear back to get it painted!!! I also had to get them to come out a couple more times to install dampers in the furnace which was supposed to be in original install. My duct work was repaired not replaced. I was promised all new stuff, and for the price I had to pay, it should be all freaking NEW!!!! Not happy and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!

Dave came out due to a plumbing issue with our toilets. He diagnosed the issue within minutes of me telling him what was going on. Dave was patient with me when explaining the issue and I even asked him about some other issues while I had him there and he was honest and said it wasn’t a plumbing issue but a faucet issue. You don’t find many honest people like that anymore, most would have mis diagnosed the issue to make some additional money. I definitely will be calling Richardson Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here on out!

My co-worker recommended me to this company, since I am a new homeowner and do not know anything about plumbing and any good plumber around the area. So I read all the reviews here. Many were positives and a few negatives, so I gave it a shot. $69 to diagnose my clogged pipe, which no brainer and only took less than 30 minutes, and gave me a price quote that is ridiculously expensive ($253 to dissemble and assemble the toilet and $293 to snake the upstairs drain). He also told me that if they found the flange to be broken then that would be another $200 on top of everything to fix it. I was told that if I go with them then they will deduct the $69 from the price quote. I told him that I will consider it and paid the $69. I did my research online; I found how to dissemble and assemble the toilet and how to fix the flange. I bought a snake to clean the line, but it did not do the job. So I called them again and a different tech (Eric) gave me the same price quote as the pervious tech. I told him, if I remove the toilet would he charge me only the price for cleaning the drain and not charge me another $69, which we agreed on. However, the timing of his arrival to perform the work is unknown and I will be missing a day of work. So, I did more research online and found that you can rent power electrical auger for $76 at Home Depot, which I did and clear up my pipe and everything is operating properly. I called first thing in the morning to cancel, but they demand for $69 for Eric’s diagnose, which I told them the issue and gave him the paperwork I got from the other tech in advance and over the phone. I paid the $69 in protest. Therefore, I paid them $138 to do absolutely nothing!!!Thank you for reading my review and I apologizing for being so long, but I want to show you how annoying and unfair this company has been to me and the lesson I learned from this experience. They are the following: Do not use Atomic Plumbing for diagnostic (rid of price) – there are other companies that can perform the diagnostic much cheaper. If you can do it yourself before calling a plumber go ahead and fix it, it will save you a lot of money and headaches.

We are extensively renovating two bathrooms to include re-configuring the master. After researching plumbers and talking to a couple, we selected Tony to take care of the plumbing work. His work was excellent, approach professional and price fair for the scope of work. He responded quickly when we discovered an additional problem with a drain line that he quickly fixed. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
