Best Gas Line Replacement in Chesapeake VA

Horrible experience. The technician that came out was rude and wasn't helpful at all. Was suppose to fix a part that was under warranty and instead looked at the hot water heater and charged a 149.00 fee without doing anythjng. I was honestly a bit hesitant to even let him in, very unprofessional in what he was wearing and the way he conducted himself. I should have went with my gut. I ended up not buying a part and he became very rude. I will never ever recommend this company. With so many better options out there please look around. The technician name was Rich

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Plumbing technician named Kyle Salters came out at my request because I thought I might need some repair or replacement for my water heater. Kyle was very friendly and helpful and gave me a lot of useful tips!I’ve decided to keep the current water heater for now and I feel a lot better knowing what to do in the case that there is a leak.I highly recommend Kyle. He did not kick any of my pets, yell at any of my neighbors or track any dirt on my clean kitchen floor! In the future I hope I always can have Kyle to do any of my plumbing work. :-)

John was an outstanding and respectable technician who gave me updates throughout the repair. In less than 1 hour he had resolved the problem and water was again restored.The customer service worked with me during the weekend. I would highly recommend this company again for any future plumbing needs.

These plumbers are awesome! Plumbers Margo and Duke came out to my house all my pipes were backed up, they worked diligently to fix the problem. They did not leave until they knew the problem was taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Thanks guy I appreciate the time you put in to correct my plumbing issues.

Our Water Heater failed and flooded our attic on the weekend. They answered the phone and had someone out the same day. By the next day, we had a new water heater installed and hot water, all over the weekend. They were quick and professional. Justin D answered all my questions and took the time to explain. Have already forwarded their info to all my friends & family in the area for their possible plumbing needs.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Called and phone always has a busy signal.

Our AC unit started leaking and the water damaged caused a hole in our ceiling. We came home to the hole the day we were supposed to leave for vacation! We shut our system down and called A-1 American to schedule an assessment for when we returned. Julio came out to assess our unit and determined our condensate line was backed-up and blew it out with nitrogen. However, not a month later, our AC unit was leaking again and water was dripping from our newly patched ceiling! This time, the panels were removed and turns out our coils were filthy! Although I wish this full inspection was conducted the first time, Julio came out on his own time to make it right! So far, we're leak free and our AC is running great.

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.
