I love Premier Plumbing! They're fast, convenient, and professional. Anything you need done, they can do. I had them replace my water heater a few years ago. They gave me a good deal, and were able to have it installed quickly. We did not have to go without. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

My downstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold and ran constantly. I called them and the receptionist was very friendly and courteous. She was able to set me up with an appointment the same day just a few hours after I called.The technician, Emerson, arrived well within the time frame scheduled, and even called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was almost here. He was also very friendly and courteous and was cracking jokes with me and had me laughing in no time. Great guy! He was able to figure out what was wrong in less than two minutes, a bad dual duty capacitor. He replaced it, and checked a few more things to ensure that was the only issue and had my house cooling down quickly.I highly recommend Michael & Son and would like to give a shout out again to Emerson for his fast, friendly service and for getting my A/C back up and running quickly! If I ever need A/C service in the future, I will ask for him by name.

I was not satisfied with the work performed. I found out after they were suppose to get a permit but failed to. Not very professional

I called based solely off their rating. Who locks the door so I cannot see the work being done to my house. Apparently the guy who came to fix my plumbing issue. While my leak is no longer an issue, my water pressure is way lower than it was before and charged an hour and a half because he took it upon himself to install a shower head sitting in the bathroom that I did not ask him to do.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

I called Mr. Rooter at approximately 7:00pm this evening with a clogged main sewer line that was backing up into my shower. Within 2 hrs, TJ showed up and cleared the drain...my family's new hero. Professional and reliable service! On last week, I called about a few issues, one of them was concerning my garbage disposal. After the two gentleman took a thorough look at the garbage disposal, they noticed it was outdated and was unable to be repaired. Fortunately, there was a brand new disposal on hand and my several month issue was repaired in minutes! On yesterday, the same two gentleman came to see if there was a possible slow leak in the toilets/house. They checked the crawlspace, the water meter, and of course the toilets. Their service during both visits was thorough and informative. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Excellent service. Was able to diagnose and correct issue with our shower drain leaking through on the second floor within an hour. Extremely reasonable price, and work was done by a master plumber. It's been a full week and no leaks! Answered all questions regarding the work and explained even extra details that he didn't need to give. Just all around a very nice guy and I couldn't be happier with the service/work that was performed.
