Best Gas Line Repair in Chesapeake VA

Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Andrew T installed a new heat pump and propane furnace for me today. He and his team worked a long day in my hot attic to restore much needed AC to our home. They made sure to review everything they were planning on doing and worked with me to make sure wiring was run exactly as I wanted it even though it may not have been the easiest thing for them to do. They were thorough in everything they did and went above and beyond including reworking some of the ducting to make sure the system would work efficiently as possible. I called Richardson Plumbing and David answered his phone immediately. If you have called many plumbing companies that do not have a staff sitting in the office watching the phone this is rare. Most go to voicemail and you wait, and wait, and wait for a call back. David came to the house the same day and offered to come replace my hot water heater in a couple days on a Saturday morning. Today he called to advise his arrival time and upon arrival got to work, great communication. David is a very personable man who does things the right way the first time. He has values that are rare in these times we live in and obviously takes pride in his work. I feel he gave my home the same commitment that he would give to his own. I've used Tony & Son twice now, and couldn't be more satisfied. I've always been impressed with how Tony can explain my options to fixing an issue. Best of all, once he's fixed it you can rest assured it won't break again. You can expect great work at a fair price. Tony is a true professional.

They did not have our correct phone number (no attention to detail) and did not bother to ask for the correct one although they had our address correct. They did not introduce themselves (unprofessional) and said there was no gas leak (they checked for a leak WITHOUT pressurizing the system beforehand). We had to tell them REPEATEDLY there was a leak. Once they did it properly, a large crack on a 5ft pipe was revealed. One worker also came into the house to check the fireplace and managed to dirty up the rug with his muddy shoes (thoughtless). The only positive was that they came the day after we called and (eventually) diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours.
