After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Noticed that one of my breakers making a buzzing sound, and had one room with no power to the outlets. Made an appointment with Michael and sons. I was planning to replace my breaker box soon because of its small size. Steven diagnosed loose connections on 2 breakers, and originally was going to replace but recommended a panel upgrade. Upon removing the breakers there was major degradation to the panel and it needed an immediate replacement. Steven was able to come out the very next day and replace our old panel with a new one with whole home surge protection. I really appreciate the fast turn around on such an in depth job, and can sleep easy knowing my breaker box isn't at risk of catching fire.

Very quick response to call. Had leak underground that left me with HUGE water bill. Adam came and checked it out, went under the house, and showed me the water meter going fast. Bottom line, everything works great with my new HVAC and 50 gallon water heater! Both Dustin and his young helper were professional, personable, clean, prompt and very down to earth. They answered every question–even after I asked twice because I did not understand a few things. He went over everything to ensure I was content; even climbed back up in the attic with me to ensure I was happy with the installation. I forget the young man’s name that was helping Dustin but again, he was a great compliment, as he was very willing and eager to do what it took to get the job done.From start to finish, approximately 2 days (Friday and Saturday) I was really impressed with Russell's service. Particularly, Dustin who was the lead on the install. He showed up at 815 am and went to work by walking thru the areas as he explained to me what he was going to do and then went to work. Two other guys showed up an hour later and they also went straight to work after a friendly greeting. They unloaded the new equipment and then removed the old equipment. They cared for my carpets and hallways and gave me the red carpet treatment. They had to remove the trim from the attic to fit the old and then the new furnace thru the attic opening. They tested the new furnace at the end of the first day ( we had heat!) and set up the air conditioning unit. They cleaned up and promised to return early the next day (around 8:00 am) to complete the job. I could not wait until the second day!The second day has come and gone on our installation and really, I could not be any happier. Of course, the old water heater was even drained then carried out. The new water heater was even brought up and lifted into the attic. I was watching TV downstairs with my wife and did not even notice they were so quiet. A new 18 seer a/c, energy star furnace with zoning and 50-gallon water heater were all installed.We have had many visitors to our home within the last few weeks gathering estimates, but I am happy we decided to go with Russell’s and even better, I am VERY happy to have had Dustin complete our install! He really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied! Thank you Russell’s for sending Dustin. Best install ever!

Mr. Richardson works hard to make sure your problem is fixed. He will not rest until everything is right. My well-pump failed and I called Michael & Son. They refused to service my system, even though they installed it. Richardson Plumbing got our water system up and running. I give this company my highest recommendation.

We recently had two bathroom faucets installed, along with 4 replacement shutoff valves and associated tubing. Atomic sent out Ryan to conduct the work, and he was outstanding! He was on time, professional, and did a great job in explaining how best to maintain and protect my existing plumbing.The only reason I did not give this experience the full 5 stars, is because of the price that was charged. Although the charges were explained and I accepted them without question, I do feel that it was extremely high for the actual work conducted. I tried to do it myself, but with the leaks that we had, it was best to let the professionals tackle it. I highly recommend Tony. He looked at the shower diverter and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He took his time and found that the items did not need repair or replacement at this time. Tony also looked at my water heater and it too did not need replacement. I paid a nominal service charge and received piece of mind! I highly recommend calling Tony and Son for any plumbing issues you may have.
