The technician(Drew) contacted me to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, professional, and helpful. His work proceeded in a thoughtful and orderly manner, keeping me informed along the way.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Had such a great experience with this company. After much unnecessary stress caused by my home warranty company, Joe came in a reassured me that he could get this job done and for me not to worry. This was great to hear because I’m 39 weeks pregnant and did not need any extra staff. His crew came in, very punctual, professional, and respectful and got all our plumbing replaced before baby arrived. Could not have asked for a better crew to come in and fix our problem. I highly recommend Tony. He looked at the shower diverter and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He took his time and found that the items did not need repair or replacement at this time. Tony also looked at my water heater and it too did not need replacement. I paid a nominal service charge and received piece of mind! I highly recommend calling Tony and Son for any plumbing issues you may have.
