An old natural gas galvanized pipe running under the patio deck that feeds my gas grill finally rusted out. The tech quickly found and repaired with all new copper flex tubbing to a very high standard. In a few short hours and $1,400 later, problem fixed.
Premier Plumbing IS a solid premium company. The support staff and field techs are responsive and professional. Had another plumbing company, ALI-COR plumbing, out months earlier. Their tech told me the odor was propane, suggesting a possible tank leak from a nearby neighbor. Anyway, prices for competent home repair companies is just crazy post-COVID. Brace yourself!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. He explained what the problem was and what he did to fix in a clear and easy to understand manner. Cost was very reasonable. I was really pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Ray of Michael and Son plumbing, did an amazing job helping me snake out my kitchen sink drain line that was connected to my washing machine drain by diligently and carefully making two full length passes to thoroughly clear up difficult drainage clog. Todd was professional and quickly installed my Watts instant hot water recirculating system. Todd was courteous and friendly. He cleaned up really well and his work is exceptional!!! This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an outside company. Service rep is very knowledgeable and honest about the process and up front with charges. Installation techs were all awesome and mindful of the home and clean up. The team arrived on time every day, called ahead of time and very respectful. The team is very efficient. TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.
