York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

While they might be slightly more expensive than smaller other groups- they were very professional and timely. My service was outstanding with no issues. I have used them twice for hot water heaters and have been pleased.

Me and my Wife have two teenage boys and a 1 year old and we’re without hot water and one of our underground pipes burst and our whole backyard was flooded,so before we knew it we had no water.Very depressed and down on our luck we contacted Mr. Rooter,the lady who answered was very courteous and assuring me that they could handle it in a Timely manner.The very next day Kevin came out and Installed a water heater and found our underground water leak fixed repaired that and drained all of the water out of our yard.He told me he wasn’t gonna leave until it was done being we had children and he stayed and finished the job where most people would have left and came back.If I could give Kevin 10 stars I would,he is very professional and knowledgeable in his field plus a very nice person.Mr. Rooter will get my future business in the future and I will refer them to anyone looking for a fast professional job,with friendly staff.Thanks again guys,you ROCK!!!

The operator is purposefully ignoring our calls and cancelled our appointment!

Be careful of using Lanthorn Plumbing. We used their service twice, and the second time we used them (12/27/21) they had overcharged us, and left the job unfinished, and refused to answer any of our calls.

The customer service over the phone was the worst part of this whole experience.

-Overcharge - In the past the Mechanic had only charged us 85$ for the initial diagnostic and the cost of the parts. This time, we were charged 150$ just to get the mechanic to come and an additional 150$ for a part that only cost 50$, with a total of 300$ just to fix a small leak from the shower facet. We have the Basic model so to Fix shower cartridge shouldn't cost much, you can google the prices and can easily see that we were over charged.

-Did not repair properly - The mechanic replaced the Cartridge but did not install it correctly, we no longer have any leak, but it now only shoots out hot water.

-Bad customer service - Honestly, this whole issue could have been a non-issue had the customer service been respectful! The person who answered our call initially scheduled our follow up repair for 10am and when we called around 12:00 to see what the holdup was, she hung up the phone and cancelled our appointment. They had refused to answer any of our calls, and when we were able to get hold of someone (by using a different phone) they would hang up and cease to answer that number as well.

As it stands, we are 300$ in hole, with a broken shower, and an entire day ruined by rude customer service.
