Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Jay came within the appointment window on Friday. He seemed genuinely concerned that our air conditioner wasn’t working and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, we needed a part that had to be ordered but Jay called the manufacturer, confirmed the part was in stock and authorized shipment. He promised to return early Monday to finish the job. I would definitely recommend joining Michael and Sons maintenance club. They are the best firm to call in an emergency.

I have had RS Andrew's out to my house twice in a week to fix my furnace. The first technician was very professional and got the furnace running. Shortly after he left it was down again. Had a different technician out the next day and he said my air filter is too thick and removed it. Furnace ran for a few hours. Called today scheduled for a technician and they don't show. I call the office and they claim I wasn't scheduled and they will be closed for the holidays.. Can't fix a furnace and can't show to an appointment is very disappointing and I will ensure everyone knows.

Sunday service for a moderate repair when most would want to come during the week. Our technician was courteous, clean, and explained everything. Labor rates are higher than most, but good value for the service provided. He did give multiple options depending on budget and didn't try to upsale/push anything which I appreciated.
