If you own a tankless water heater and think you are having a problem with it be sure to call a company that services tankless water heaters and does plumbing. It seems the two would go together but they do not. I had a problem that I thought might be my tankless water heater but could not find a plumber/tankless water heater tech. Rianni referred me to Priemer Plumbing and they sent Justin out to look at my problem. He knew immediately what the problem was and got it fixed. It was not the water heater. Thank you, Justin.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Justin is unlike any other plumber I’ve ever met. Not that others aren’t any good — Justin just happens to be leaps and bounds better.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

I needed an exterior light post fitting. I had discovered that the previous post had been wired with incorrect wiring. On calling Michael & Sons, they got a tech out to me that day and confirmed that the wiring that was already in place was indeed not up to code. The work was planned for the next few days and has been completed to a very high standard. Haywood the tech, was polite and gave me good communication about what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. I would highly recommend this company and will be looking to use them again for future projects.

The main line from our 1 bath home became clogged on Thanksgiving day. This meant our sewer line between the house and the city sewer hookup was clogged & any water or sewage was/would flow onto our front yard. Pressure from the clog had caused the cap above ground to pop off. We called MULTIPLE well known & highly rated companies who claimed to have 24/7 emergency service. Most had an answering service that quickly stated they had no one to send out. One called back HOURS after A-1 was in route to us, only to give an excuse not to come.A-1 had already quoted the emergency fee for each hour on site, dispatched a tech, and texted his name, photo & eta. Matt arrived right on time, cleared the line, quoted long term repair cost & was gone in 1 hour or less. Very professional, polite & even happy. Oh & he'd come from the Norfolk/VaBch area!!! The eta quoted was only his drive time. This SPOKE VOLUMS to the credit of this company! Highly recommended.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

Rodney and his team are EXCELLENT! They’ve been to my house twice for issues and this last time worked overtime to get everything fixed I would recommend them over and over again!

My dad shut the main water line off, TRYING to fix an issue in the bathroom, and he couldn't get the water back on. He fixed the issue in the bathroom and the main water wouldn't turn on. The knob kept turning and turning but we couldn't get the water back on. I called several other plumbing companies and was told it would be at least a $125 service fee. My dad didn't want to pay such a high service fee because he knew he'd need a new water valve. Since this was the main water line he thought it would be at least a couple grand. Imagine our surprise when Jason walked in, told him what the issue was and the quote was $380. All I could do was HAPPY DANCE. We hadn't had water since 9a.m., here it was 630pm and Jason was the answer to an all day issue. He was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend rotorooter to anyone. We called at 5pm, told the tech our issue and she said he would arrive within 4 hrs...an hr and a half later he showed up knocked the job out and we had water.....oh yeah and there was NO SERVICE FEE.

Called Mr. Rooter for a problem drain. Aron and Sean showed up and diagnosed the situation and went above and beyond to clear my issues. The service was prompt, Aron and Sean were professional and efficient, I will use Mr Rooter for future issues I may have. Thank you guys!
