Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Cannot thank him enough for expressing my urgency to not only determine the problem but also made calls back to his scheduler and have his work adjusted to allow time to repair the leak, evacuate the condenser and recharge the system to within spec. When he left the system was pulling down the heatload within the house.His use of digital equipment was impressive and I will highly recommend RS Andrews to all my friends and associates.

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. My main line and toilet were severely clogged which was a huge problem for my family and I (seeing as how I’m 8 months pregnant). I had a CPVC pipe split in an awkward location. I called Lanthorn at 3:45 pm. They came out and assessed the situation within 45 minutes.
