After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Greenbrier that was a recent foreclosure. The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed.

Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them.

Second company I've called out to solve the same problem. Roto solved the same problem in a quarter of the time and determined the root cause of the issue within an hour. Mechanics were professional, on time, and articulated the problems they found in a manner I could easily understand /provided preventative maintenance tips. I have no significant criticisms.Edit: Mechanic on shift was Shawn Prunty with an apprentice under him. Comments apply to both(sorry I'm horrendous with names and didn't get the apprentice's card)

Mr. Richardson, came to our house as his last call for the day, even though he had to do the work in semi darkness, he had had a long day, but because he said he would be here he came. He was able to resolve our issue in a short time, an by the way this was on a Saturday night. This is our second time using him, because he tells u what u can do to avoid more issues.

I am trying to respond to your response to my experience, however I could not do it, so here it is. We paid over 7,000 gram in a brand new out side unit back on 2017. Because both units were not replace at the same time I have to spend another 9500 AGAIN!!! Because the unit at the attic burned and messed up the one outside with no way to be fixed and since you guys didn’t recommend to replace both at the same time I was with out heat for 5 days. I had tried to call several times even before the unit got buen however I NEVER FOT A HUMAN BEEN ON YHE PHONE!!! my husband David Williams have left PLANTY !!!! of messages with out NO ONE EVER GETTING BACK TO HIM!!! so I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO DO NOTHING FOR NO ONE!!!! since my experience was and has been HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!!
