Stephen did a great job fixing a couple small gas leaks we had. They weren’t available over the weekend but he showed up at 9AM ready to help. He even found an issue with our gas water heater we weren’t aware of. A bit pricey for an hour’s work (reflected in the four stars instead of 5) but definitely appreciated the quality service they provided.

I am a local commercial real estate investor and I’ve used this company twice last year for two big jobs costing roughly $50,000. For small jobs I use my own in-house plumber that unfortunately recently retired so I decided to try Atomic for a simple toilet replacement. They charged me $1,700+ to replace the toilet. Ridiculous price for any plumber to charge regardless of the size of the company. Beware of this company and their astronomical and absolutely ridiculous pricing!!!!

My experience with the House Call Company was great. I was having issues with my valve in my shower and bathtubs. The tech that they sent out to do the work was name bryant and he was absolutely awesome. He showed up on time. He was polite and curtious. More than anything he was very knowledgeable. He made sure he explained everything he would have to so that I was aware of the process all the way through. What I appreciate the most was that he fixed the problem correctly and in a timely manner. He also made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. He cleaned up after himself and he wore shoe covers over his shoes, so that he didnt mess up my floors and carpet. If you need any plumbing done the House Call Company is the place to call. As for their tech Bryant they should clone more workers like him. He deserve 10 stars. Thanks Bryant for a job well done.

This is definitely a quality business who shows dedication to its customers. Louis, my technician was knowledgeable and thorough with the job he did in my house which was installing a new electrical panel, changing the outlets and installing two new lights above my fireplace. They completed my job in the allotted time and came back to fix a minor problem as soon as possible. I will for sure use Get Lit again when I need an electrician!

Called them at 0805 this morning. I had broken my water heater last night trying to do some amateur home improvement and had to turn water off to me house because of what I'd done. The receptionist said because of the volume of calls they had this morning and over there weekend, it would be late afternoon but they'd try to get there as soon as possible. They called at 0945 and were 5 minutes away. Got there, fixed the water heater, and finished the job I was trying to do all within 45 minutes of arriving. I am very pleased.
