Dave is the best! We had an issue last month and he came and fixed the issue, took the time to recommend someone to help with the repair of the dry wall and to check the structure since we had a leak for quite some time (in a minimally used bathroom). Today we had a back-up. He came out and fixed the issue again. He was awesome and made sure we wouldn't have another issue. It's people who take the time like this with customer service, explaining what's happening, and treating people well that you don't find anymore.

Awesome! I have never had to call a plumber before and I selected atomic mostly because I saw how many best of the beach awards they have. Probably the best idea I had that day because they are wonderful people! Deanna was very nice and understanding. She listened to me ramble (a little) about my issue and set my family up for an appointment quickly. Deanne provided me with great info. She gave me options and was concerned about meeting our schedule needs. A truely delightful lady that is a pleasure to speak to. Atomic came out the next day and fixed our problem quickly, at a great value all around. I honestly hope I will not need a plumber again but I will always call atomic if I do! Thank you for making the best of my situation. Just wonderful!

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

These days it is tough to find someone you can trust and someone who won't over-charge you in any way they can, but I'm happy to say that Tony is an honest man and did a fantastic job fixing a leak I had. The leak was located in a tough spot and he still managed to not only fix the leak, but improve the entire set-up of that section of the pipes so that I wouldn't experience any issues with that part of the pipes again. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be the only person I call if I ever need assistance with any plumbing issues in the future. A great guy, great service, and a trustworthy man/business.
