The Technician (Gage) contacted me prior to arrival and arrived within the time frame provided. He greeted me pleasantly. He put on the plastic over shoes prior to entering my home.Upon diagnosing the issue, he set up a neat job site to work on and over prior to commencing work. He fixed the issue, cleaned up and re-established the area as it was prior to him beginning. We had good conversation for a few minutes as he was working.I am pleased with the service that I received from Michael and Son's Norfolk. Gage is an asset to your company and I would recommend him to other potential patrons. Thank You again Gage.

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

Supervisor sets up an appointment for sink repair. Worker shows up 30 minutes past the slotted timeframe. The worker initially tells me my sink needs to get replaced due to rotting. I had him show me where, he pointed to a shiny spot that was sitting on a bracket.Three minutes after that conversation, he reports they do not do the type of repairs. I pointed the specific service out on there website. It was his last job for the night and he showed a large disinterest in working.This company is unreliable and dishonest. I recommend using another company.

Our AC broke in the middle of a summer heat wave on a Friday night and they were able to get someone out here by Sunday. They were incredibly affordable and professional. I had an absolutely delightful time from start to finish. From talking with the receptionist to the end with the technician made this incredibly hot experience bearable. I hope I won't need to call them again, but if I do, I definitely will!

We had 911 Home Repair Specialists tackle a rather lengthy list of honey-do items for us in preparation for listing our home for sale. They did excellent work, and we're very pleased. Our house sold in 3 days, and we know that part of that quick sale was due to the work done by the guys at 911.

Zaine was the gentleman who was assigned to my job and he was wonderful. Educated me along the way and explained what he was recommending and why. Quoted individually for each of the jobs I needed to have done. Was very knowledgable easy to work with.

Dave is excellent and provided superior results. He went out of his way three times to get to me because of schedule conflicts. When he arrived, he was straightforward and got right to work. Not only did he correct the problem, but he provided some advice on another clean out, and offered to come by to help discover its location. He’s reasonably priced, professional, and personable! I will call him for any future plumbing issues and I echo the other customers’ recommendations to hire him. Thanks Dave!!

Very unhappy with these guys. Bought their top of the line Lennox system 10 years ago and have had a service/maintenance contract (not always with S&K) every year. My system failed the first week of November so I called them to repair it. It turned out to be the heat exchanger, a part with a 20 year warranty. I felt relieved. They also said I should replace the burners while at it so I followed their advice. After waiting a couple of weeks for the new heat exchanger to arrive, they installed it and the new burners. It cost me over $1200. Unfortunately, I was told that they needed another part before it could be used. Several months of winter passed without the part arriving. We waited in a cold house, anxiously hoping it could be repaired soon. Then, after calling to check on the part for at least the 10th time I was told that it was unavailable and likely never to come in at all... but they would be glad to sell me a new one and put half of what I had already spent into the new system. They promised me they would give me their best price. So, feeling trapped and cold, I invited their salesman to visit and provide estimates. To make a long story a little shorter, their estimate was more than $3K over any of the 3 other estimates I got from reputable HVAC dealers...for similar systems with the same efficiency ratings. So I chose not to buy from them again. When installing the new system (a TRANE), the new company pointed out several major mistakes S&K made when they installed my system and pointed to them as the reason for early failure of the Lennox. I would be happy to share that information with anyone considering a new system. It has been almost two months since talking with them about this but they haven't contacted me at all, not even to check and see if I wanted to buy another system from them...or even to see if we had heat. They should have refunded my money. They should have not tried to rip us off for a new system. And most importantly, they should have never left us in the cold for 31/2 months. Go elsewhere.

5 star for Atomic Plumbing.I called mid Saturday morning, Kimberly took my information and called me back promptly to let me know that Jim Miller was coming.Jim was professional, evaluated and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, had great customer service and let us know what the cost was before he started to work.Turns out our toilet was over flowing and leaked to downstair rooms. I would highly recommend Atomic Plumbing, thank you for great customer service!!!
