After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Wow; the service by Michael and Sons has become remarkable.I dealt with them years ago and they were just ok but they definitely improved.Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and maintained his composure when my husband was a bit agitated with information provided by the appt. scheduler. The manager fixed the issue with no question.

Zach, Lyndon, and Polo all went above and beyond with their work, and their patience in explaining what they were doing every step. Also, speedy response time, and very fair pricing compared to the first quote I got from another plumber. Finally, great communication from office staff, including Mike and several others whose names I can't recall ( Katie and Michelle, maybe), making sure I knew exactly when their technicians would be arriving.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. They came at a timely manner and the technician was professional. The work was completed fast and included a 6 month warranty.

The hot water tank at my residence completely went out on a Friday and I received prompt service the next day (Saturday). Although the unit could not be replaced until Monday, the repairman made preparations for the follow-on repairs by draining the remaining water from the tank and recording information from the old tank to obtain a new tank that will properly fit-up. Repairman arrived before 9:00 am Monday and was finished with the job in an hour. Great customer service and the repairman was very very professional. I truly recommend :-)

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Andrew & David Tucker exhibited a thorough knowledge of the equipment and the installation process. They are both hard workers and provided exceptional service. I am very pleased that they were the technicians sent out to replace my HVAC unit. On the installation process I give them 5 stars. However 2 years and 2 months later my Lennox compressor bit the dust. I had a 10 year warranty on the parts but only a 1 year warranty on labor. It cost me just under a thousand dollars to get it replaced by Russell's. You would think after paying $10,000 for a whole new HVAC unit that they would have covered it. Then the billing process was a nightmare somehow I wound up with 2 account #'s My account was current and paid up to date but I kept receiving past due letters and emails. I sent corresponding emails back along with many phone calls. The problem is still ongoing......
