We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

Be careful with this company. They overcharge and suggest things that are more than just necessary to solve the problem. In my case, when the issue was with the main switch in the electrical panel, the tech told me that I have to replace the entire panel and quoted $4200. When i called another company they pinpointed the issue and fixed the issue just by replacing just the main switch in the panel which was broken instead of the entire panel. That saved me $4000. Make sure you get a 2nd opinion before hiring this company.

Had to install a new ac unit, Bill came checked my old unit and replaced it in one day. His price was the lowest i came across, great team, definitely recommend. I will be telling everyone about them.

Chantelle Elliot, the service tech, was professional and courteous. She explained the service in detail . She did have to replace the thermostat after she checked everything else. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in the process. It was a delight having her in my home to do the listed repairs. I will give her 5 stars for the service she provided.

My hot water heater went out over the weekend and Russell’s heating and cooling came over the same day to fix it. Alex and Grant were very professional and were ready to handle the job. They removed my water heater from the attic, and installed a tankless heater. Alex and Grant are proficient at their jobs. I highly recommend Russell’s heating and cooling for any repairs!

Heat unit went out and I requested Todd the salesman to give an estimate on a new unit. I had dealt with him in the past and found him to be honest and trustworthy. I purchased a new unit and due to cold temperatures was concerned about my family's health. Todd even took it on his own to bring me a portable heater to help keep us warm until the unit was installed. Also, Smith & Keene called that same day to tell me they would be out in two days to install my new unit. They arrived as scheduled and Jacob the installer went right to work and removed the old and installed the new unit that same day. He tested and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left the site. We had one minor concern that was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. This company went out of its way to see that we did not go without heat and were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

Cody was great!!! He repaired an outlet issue for me that was affecting multiple outlets. Since he fixed that issue so quickly and we're preparing the house for sale, he took a look at my breaker box free of charge and changed out another outlet for me teaching me in the process. I highly recommend and would personally request Cody for any of my future jobs/projects that would I would need assistance with.

Hunter repaired our air handler efficiently and well. He explained the problem and the repair.

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.
