We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Randon was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our main shut off valve quickly and also provided insight into things we should keep on eye on with our plumbing set up.

ZERO STARS!Called out to fix a slow drain, and no vent in a laundry room. They couldn't fix it, twice, yet they had no problem charging for the visits. So, they quote for an entire repipe, at $14,000.Of course we get a second opinion, there was a minor repipe, at $1500, and it was fixed.This is a large company, with no oversight on the technicians. Where was a project manager, master plumber, or office manager looking to see why there were two call-outs for the same issue, with two bills charged, and then still a ridiculously overpriced repipe.Do yourselves a favor and find a better service.

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.
They are the only company I will ever use again.

Aron texted and called ahead, showed up (after calling and letting me know) hours ahead of time I expected, and left my house as clean as he started, with plumbing problem resolved and tested. Best service I have had in years. This will be my first call in the future for all if my plumbing and drain problems.

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. The technitian fixed the problem of the compressor not strating. He replaced a faulty capacitor. However the charge was a rip-off. Besides the dignostic charge of $72.95, I was charged $295 to repalce a $20 capacitor which took 10 minutes.

Dave is awesome! Came out quickly and fixed the problem. Gave some excellent advice on other plumbing concerns. Highly recommended!

I have used Smith and Keene for my air conditioning and heating needs for about 31 years. Installed 2 different systems in 2 different houses here in Norfolk. Just had our annual Heating checkup. Chuck, our technician, was on time, professional and friendly. He re-anchored our thermostat since it was loose/wobbly, performed the service and ensured everything was running smoothly before leaving. Awesome service, thanks Chuck! UPDATE: June 2023, called RA Styron for the third time. The office guy was professional and understanding. The technician was at the house just after lunch and got the a/c up and running. Nothing but positive things to say. I will be using them to replace my unit this Fall. Awesome company!
May 2022: This is the second time I’ve had an emergent a/c problem and RA Styron responded on the same day. The technician was prompt and efficient. In both cases they resolved the problem within hours of the call. Incredible service. Cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company without reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

I called Tony after dealing with another company who told me I needed cut out a structural support beam in my attic, just to facilitate installing a new water heater. Tony told me over the phone to not make any of the structural changes before he could come and look at it, Tony and his son were professionals every step of the way having replaced the old water heater in about an hour without ever making permanent changes to the structure off my roof. Would highly recommend Tony to anyone in search of a Certified Liscensed plumber who’s work is top notch. Tony’s pricing was very fair and I felt like he was honest with me through the entire process!

There not all that great. Been called out twice in a years time. Blamed us for doing something we didn't do and neither time confirmed if they actually fixed the issue (water leaks). Came and changed all the flappers on the toilets and that's it. Never looked at the meter to see if it's showing water movement afterwards. Totally disregarded what we were saying to him. I say again Not All That Great. 👎👎👎
