We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

My technician Drew was quick, thorough, and professional. The A1 team made a heroic effort to get my water back on sooner than expected upon my return from an overseas trip when I learned on Christmas Day while I was away that a water pipe had burst in my home and flooded the neighborhood. About 3 weeks ago my heat pump went out, and I called A-1 American they never showed and needless to say it was freezing/snowing at the time. I guess they were too busy making commercials and useless magnets for the yellow pages After 48 hours of hearing nothing from A-1 I did an internet search and found Tidewater Plumbing & Heating, the owner Mr. Martin had his son in law Morris over in less than an hour. My heat pump was sparking and the compressor was totally shot. Morris was able to stop the heat pump from sparking and causing a potential fire. I had a gas line, but it was never connected to the home. Mr. Martin advised me on the price, and how long the job would take. When it came time for them to do the job, it was exactly as described. He came with his son-in-law, and son. They were quick and efficient, they did not leave a mess on my property. This is a family business with honest people, Mr. Martin did not add any hidden fees or surprises as many companies do. The unit was of quality and started right up. If i'm going to spend my hard earned money I want quality work/product. I definitely recommend Tidewater Plumbing & Heating they are honest people who do quality work.

After confirming services, the crew arrived in about 5 days and immediately went to work. I had Todd, Chris, Mathew, Yetti and Logan! They immediately answered any questions I had and walked me through their work. Their professionalism was on point and showed great knowledge on the products they were installing. During this time Corey ensure to call me, and ensure I was satisfied the whole time. After all, said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to come out to advise, install, and represent the company they work for. I lost power to my outside gazebo fan/light after a new pool light on the same circuit was installed. Ned responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem with a faulty GFI switch. Ned was personable and he professionally fixed the problem. Get It Electrical was very easy to deal with arranging an appointment with updates - highly recommend this company.

I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! I chose this businessman based on other reviews. I left a message and got a quick call back. Within an hour or so Rob was at my home. Rob communicated with me by phone about the problem and proceeded to fix an outdoor leaking pipe. I could not be happier with the quick response and informative communication. My A/C went out on a Sunday and I called A-1American and they came out first thing in the morning. The technician Jake B came and fixed the problem and got the A/C back working. Jake was very professional and answered all my questions I had about the broken unit. I highly recommend A-1 American for your service needs.

Unreliable. Told me many times they’d be here at a certain time but never showed up on time. Waiting hours juts to arrive to reschedule me for another day.

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.
