In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

A++ person and A++ work. What more could a homeowner hope for?

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

So recently we had plumbing issues at our place of business Corey Jones State Farm and they have come out to “fix the problem” and everytime they have had to come back out. This is a place of business and we still can’t use our bathrooms. I have tried speaking with the manager but he is either in a meeting or out of the office unresponsive. So my business is suffering because they can’t fix the issue. I don’t know what else to do and still need bathrooms done. I don’t like to use these measures but it feels like we are being ignored.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

Today i had the pleasure of meeting Gary employee #4929 when he came to my house after yard work turned into a leaking pipe. I was impressed by the professionalism and timeliness he presented. He was knowledgeable and knew just what to say to allow me to understand what the problem was and how to fix it. He was fantastic!!! I apperciated his work and will definitely be using this company and HIM again!

David Diggs and Travis came to our home and replaced two leaking shutoff valves for our bathroom toilets, and did so in less than 30 minutes. It involved transitioning from the old Quest tubing that the old valves were attached to, and going to pex tubing to attach the new shutoff valves. Their knowledge and professionalism was what I appreciated most, and I have great confidence that this job was done beyond expectations. I would have no reservations about recommending this company, and especially David and Travis, to anyone needing a professional plumber.

They came in and fix everything I requested, had a little laundry list. Great service, will use this company again for sure.

Tony and his partner came out and ran a new water main to my house. First thing, they were much better priced than 3 other companies that came out. Plus, both him and his worker were very nice, friendly and knowlegeable and kept me informed of what was going on. They left everything as clean as when they started. Will definately use again for my plumbing needs..

Ben B is phenomenal!! He was very patient as we explained our problem on one of our properties and he was determined to help us. He bent over backwards to find a solution to our problem and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. I can not recommend him more and we will absolutely use his services again!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.
