After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We had a plumbing situation and Pat B showed up quickly and provided premier service. He was polite, quickly analyzed the problem and gave me a thorough understanding of what needed to be fixed.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

My first experience with Roto-Rooter was an excellent one! Our kitchen sink had a serious back up whenever we used it or the shower. We decided to try Roto-Rooter and we are so glad that we did. The experience from start to finish was very professional. The technicians, Zack and Chris, were on time and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. I normally don't comment or give review but I had to if I could give them a zero I would..I Warranty Company got this Company to come out and check my water heater I'm asking what the problem is he said nothing all he said was he had to get authorization from the Company fine so he goes out side and called so in the meantime the other guy came and said we have to take your co payment I said you haven't fix anything he said that's how the Company does.So I call to the Warranty Company to see why I have to pay up front he said that's their policy..So Neve came back and said they went the claim cause the record told him him I just got service yesterday in the meanwhile I'm still on the phone with Warranty Company the Supervisor stated I had this Warranty since Jan 28,2018...So they left I then call back to Warrranty Company and got the authorization department on the phone they started he hasn't called and gave the diagnosis, so I called to this Company the recp said that he was talking to them then...I called back to the Authorization Dept once again he said he hadn't call..Once I hung up with them call back to Company she stated that they deny the claim...So I'm going back and forth...So I called them from 2:30 to about 4:30 all I got was their answering machine even the Warranty Company call no answer this is very unprofessional ...I said somebody isn't tell the truth on what's going on. .

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

Amazing customer service! I had absolutely no isses with them! They guy I talked to on the phone was very nice! And got me hooked up quickly with same day service! My technican was great! He did a fabulous job of unclogging my shower drain! He even managed to get me a really big discount! I highly recommend these guys! I have nothing bad to say about them! :)

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
