The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I had David H. come out to examine my housing water leak. He was very straightforward and professional. He did not beat around the bush nor waste my time or money! I appreciate that in a company because like many people right now, we are in a tough spot financially. Transparency is extremely important to me so thank you for being honest with us!! Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Mark and John were fantastic. We began to have a hot water tank problem on a Friday afternoon. Mark worked with us during the weekend to keep our tank burning and then John installed a new tankless system in our home. We are very appreciative.

Jim was amazing from the beginning to end of his job. He was to explain the pipes in our new home and was very knowledgable about what was happening. We had a clog and I was afraid it was the main line. I am pretty sure his honesty and integrity saved us a bunch of money as he was able to find and fix the clog very quickly and at a great price. As a military family it is hard to find people to work on your in a place where you just moved but I would recommend him time and time again not only for his service but his willingness to explain everything to a wife who's husband was on duty. We are very happy to take showers tonight but even happier our money went to an honest guy and not some one else.
