my guy, i wish i knew his name, came out and quickly figured out the problem was with the gas meter- he stayed a few minutes in his car doing the paperwork and when VA natural gas got there, he was already outside with them helping them understand the problem. he was so beyond helpful and really saved the day for me as i had been sitting in the cold for two days.

I had a plumbing emergency and every other company I called was either too busy or wanted to charge excessive fees upfront just to show up. Roto Rooter showed up right away and did not charge anything upfront. Austin was my technician and he was great.

At 4:00 am I heard running water . I jump out of bed to find water coming from my hot water heater in my attic. Needless to do I was panicking. I YouTube how to turn off the water supply I climbed up and shut that off then hooked a hose to the heater and did my best to drain it. I couldn't find the correct breaker to shut the power to it. Stressing out to the max I googled emergency plumbing. The first I called. Keep in mind it's now a little after 5:00 am. The first I called was a answering service said tomorrow. The next I called was Atomic plumbing. The answering service said the Deanna normally calls with in 15 min. ( I was thinking yeah right). Sure enough in 15 minutes she called. She could hear I was stressed and panicking. She was very reassuring and said it's a emergency and would move me to the front of the line. And I would get a call around 8:00. ( I was feeling a little better just talking with her but had my doubts about a timely call back. ). Sure enough I got a call at 7:50 am and said they could be there in 20 minutes. Sure enough Trey and Michael show up in less than that. Man these two were on it. They could tell I was stressing and the both immediately reassured me they had this and gave me a confidence I have never experienced with a plumbing company before. Michael showed me the breaker and even labeled it for me. Then Trey and he got to work. Trey came down and gave me the estimate and explained my options. I picked one and they got to work. I came home for lunch at1:00 and they were sweeping my floors. From Deanna to Trey and Michael I was handled and treated with genuine friendliness , empathy and professionalism . I will and already have recommended Atomic plumbing to anyone who is needing your offed service's. Im stoked!!! Money well spent. 5 stars!!!

Family run business that I have used on multiple occasions and the only plumbers that I will hire. They do not treat you like a number, no gimmicks, fair upfront pricing, quality work. Very rare that I would trust a company to perform work in my house when I'm not around but they have earned my complete trust and they are one of only two companies that I have allowed to work when I'm not present. They have completely earned a loyal customer.

Ryan came out the next day after the intial appointment to diagnose and he was AWESOME! Very professional and arrived in a timely fashion. This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

My family has been using A B Parker & Son for the past 40 or so years. They installed the heating system and the plumbing in my parents' house, and have been there for them over the years. When I moved out and into my own home, I continued to use their services. A B Parker & Son is a small, locally owned business. Unlike the chain businesses, you get to know them personally and you form a bond with them. But they are still very professional, extremely competent, and resonably priced. This past New Year's Day, I was out of town and a friend called me to tell me that my 90 year old father had no heat. I called Mr. Parker and asked if he could call my father to find out what was going on. My father had heat by the end of the day. A B Parker & Son is the absolute best!!
