Had water leaking from kitchen ceiling. David found the leak and noticed previous work was not done properly. He explained in detail to me why it is an issue and the correct way the work should be completed. David completed the job properly and even cleaned up the drywall and disposed of it in the trash can before leaving. Very happy with David's quality of work and customer service.

Contracted with Smith & Keene to install a whole house back-up generator, a whole house surge suppressor, and to update the electrical service and meter to 200 amp.

The sales representative I will say was acceptable. I'm a general contractor, and I could tell he really did not have much experience. I caught several errors in the contract and he had to be reminded to add things to the contract that I asked for.

The preparation to complete the job before the install date went well. The install crew had everything that was needed. Rick is an excellent electrician and it showed from the very beginning. He went to great lengths to do the job right and did not take shortcuts that most people would not notice. All his wiring was very neat and well organized, which shows he takes pride in his work.

The gas installer and the two other assistants were excellent as well. Each day the crew cleaned up the site and left the site looking great when the entire job was done.

I would definitely recommend Smith & Keene.

Yesterday (08/15/18), I needed a plumber late at night. George's Plumbing was referred by a friend. I called and George answered and was very honest with me. He stated that he would come out to the house first thing in the morning, because I was able to wait. If not he would have sent someone out right then and there. They called prior to coming to let me know they were on their way, all prior to 8 am!!!! Anthony showed up. He was very polite and pleasant. He took care of the issue and before I knew it, everything was running perfectly! And the price was very affordable. Thank you so much Anthony for texting me the invoice as well. I now have a new plumber for my resident. You will not go wrong with George's Plumbing!!!

Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.

Update: less than 12 hours later and no particles or black flecks in my water. Awesome service experience!!! 5 stars

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!
