Two zone system installed by Russell's 11 years ago. The installation team replaced the entire system including duct work. The overall experience was very positive from quoting to install.Fast forward 11 years...had a recent two-zone check up by Chad Tisdale. Although the weather was questionable and it was late in the afternoon, Chad spent approximately 1.5 - 2 hours on site where he performed the routine service with a friendly and positive attitude and represented himself & Russell's in a most professional way. He recommended replacing parts that were not up to OEM standards as well as some options for cleaning up the quality of our air. Though I declined the recommendations for now, his presentation remained friendly and positive, which left me thinking that 11 years in the past up to the present day, Russell's employees continue to stand above the rest, which I believe reflect well on their organization and helps to maintain a solid return customer base. I will continue using Russell's for all my Heating & Cooling services, and though I am aware that quality customer service is synonymous with all of Russell's employees, I will request Chad as our rep as long as he's available.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Had a great experience with these guys. Pricing was fair, they showed up on time, and were very helpful in explaining the work they were doing.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.
