We had Stephen P as our plumber on our worst day. He came and supported the fire dept in trying to find the main cut off for water. We had a broken pipe in condo which poured gallons of water into house. Finally we found the cut off valve. Stephen supported us the whole time. After Servpro stated to do their tasks, Stephen came back and fixed the pipes under sink plus installed faucets. Stephen demonstrated professionalism and understanding the stress we were going through. I called other plumbing companies telling about situation and their reply was “sorry can’t help or 2 hour wait”. Thank you Stephen and to Premier Plumbing.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. I have three toilets in my home and all of them were backing up. My third shower was also backing up with poop. Rich came out at 7:30pm and had it all flowing in about 30 minutes!!!! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. I definitely will be using his services in the future!!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Dave was an entire joy. We had a bad experience with our last technicians from a different company and gave up on them. We switched to your company, and Dave came in and did everything by himself! He truly cared about helping us get hot water as soon as possible and was filled with compassion at hearing our situation, we had been without hot water for 6 days already. He spent the whole day putting his heart into his work, and by the end of the day, we all were able to take a shower, our baby girl included!!! We thank you and your company for sending him our way. High dollar any company that has to pull a book out to rip you off with proof that's one of them never will I call again or recommend also wanted to charge 1000 dollars to put a camera down the drain which the other plumber that I actually hired did for free unless you like giveing your money away call another plumber
