RS Andrews of Tidewater has been amazing to work with after our AC quit working and had both the indoor and outdoor units replaced in less than a week.Daryl and Ali installed our indoor and outdoor units effortlessly! They were very professional and courteous. They made sure that the installation was impeccable! They have assisted me with several different jobs. They are capable of any size job as they are Licensed Class A Contractors. The job is always completed right, the first time. We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Lanthorn Plumbing has done extensive installation of plumbing systems during new construction at my house and at my son's house. Additionally, they have completed sewer repair work at my house. My upstairs shower was leaking down to the first floor. I was dreading the potential of having to have the plumbers cut a hole in my ceiling. Duke and Bobby arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I described the problem and they immediately said lets trying the easy fix first. They checked the thread in fixture in the shower and determined the plumber's putty had gone bad. They fixed it and tested it...problem solved. I really appreciate them looking for the easy solution first. Excellent service at a reasonable price. My third time using OneStop Plumbers and I will continue using them!

Never let these people in your house. We had a home warranty problem that he did not want to fix so he made up stuff about a improper installation by the previous plumber to get out of the work. I asked two simple questions tsar he could not even answer about plumbing.
