Best Water Heating in Chesapeake VA

First time using Premier and it was very good. The woman who answered the my call through the techs who took call of our issue. Will be using them from now on. Their pricing was great and the techs really made sure we understood what they found and how it was being corrected.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

Both the dispatcher, Loretta and my technician, James were extremely helpful. James went over the top to please, checked every component, replaced a lost screw, and checked for gas leaks to the furnace, hot water heater and the exterior meter, plus gave expert advice to prevent mildew in the AC drain!😀 I would highly recommend this gentleman's work.Rock, next technician 3/17/23did exceptional work on HVAC and Furnace. Knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. 😁

The most amazing company I’ve worked with in my time here. Our heat went out last night they got here early the next morning found the problem and fixed it right away! Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Great service from office staff to techs. The office manager was friendly, empathetic, and helpful. The tech installed a new faucet that we provided on our bathroom sink and repaired our older toilet. Both work like a charm.

Eric was prompt, courteous, clean, respectful, knowledgable, thorough, and pleasant.
