Best Sewer Line Repair in Chesapeake VA

We had to call Premier Plumbing this past Saturday due to an emergency plumbing issue. Stephen came out quickly to help. He went above and beyond to get us back to working order. I really appreciated his plumbing expertise and how he communicated a best plan of action. We’ll definitely use them again, if needed.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

Had a leak in a drain line between the second and first floor. Michael and Sons was able to come out within 24 hours of noticing the leak and get it repaired. Only down side was they weren't able to fix the drywall they had to cut, but I was made aware of this before the work began.

Raymond and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful, timely, prompt, and professional.
I would not hesitate to use them again!

I had Ryan Stephens as my plumber. He was on time, stepped through the door and went straight to work. Extremely knowledgeable, down to earth. I wasn't able to complete my project today, but I'm definitely going to reach out and give them a call again when I'm ready to get it finished.

Today 2/27/2021 I received service from Mr. Rooter plumbing of Virginia Beach to fix my kitchen sink. Kevin gave excellent customer service and I have used this company previously for a new drain line. Great service as always!!!!

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

I have used these people many times now. They are unresponsive to customers, every repair they have done for me, they have had to come back and re-repair, due to mis-diagnosis, or poor quality repair. I have spent 1000's with them, and they charge each time for the re-repairs. If you use them, you take your chances.

We hired Russell’s to fix a leak in our bathroom. The plumber re-caulked our shower (for an extra $200+) and did a terrible job. I shared our disappointment with his work before he left our property and he informed me that they would be in touch to issue a refund. We waited a few days and then called when we did not hear from them. They said someone would call us back, that didn’t happen so we called again the next day and spoke to another plumber who came and redid the caulk supposedly free of charge. He told us he could see the refund in the system but it may take a few days to process. 2.5 weeks later we are still waiting on our refund. We have now called twice and are still waiting for our calls to be returned and to speak to anyone knowledgeable. Poor quality work and poor customer service. Do not recommend.
