Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

We're about to complete our last military move in three days and as I was getting our laundry ready to go, my laundry room flooded. At 6pm, Thanksgiving around the corner, I was scrambling.I called a place, no answer. Called these guys, got the sweetest lady on the phone immediately and she had someone out at 9am to diagnose and repair. We had a clog that was resolved fast. The plumber was friendly and personable. Can't say enough positive things about this company. They really saved us in a crisis situation. A thousand thanks!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

I have a short term rental property and was very thankful that a technician was able to come out on a Saturday. Sam Bailie was very thorough and tried every means possible to unclog the toilet before having to actually remove it. I really appreciate the fact that he tried for over one hour before he finally decided that it was necessary to remove the toilet. Sam was professional and very thorough and I’m so grateful that he fixed the problem, especially because it’s a holiday weekend.

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. We contracted with them to make the final connection for sinks and faucets after countertops were replaced throughout our home. They did not come prepared with towels to keep the work area clean and they did not clean up afterwards thus leaving the workspace dirty.

We noticed that the ice maker in the kitchen which stopped working immediately after they finished their work so we had to arrange for a follow up visit.
They discovered that there was nothing wrong with their connections and still charged us $65 for a travel fee. I requested that they waive the fee in light of them following up on previous work.

After I told them that I was unhappy with their service and would be writing an unfavorable review, I was told that the fee would be waived if I wrote a favorable review on the spot and showed it to the technician for confirmation. I obviously declined.

Andrew was timely and very helpful! I was thrilled with the service and cleanliness. My parents referred me to Russell's since they had work done previously and were happy with the all-around service. Now I am too! Thank you Andrew and Russell's.

I had an emergency with a clogged toilet and Jimmy was here within the hour. He not only cleared it but fixed an issue with my leaky sink free of charge. Highly recommended if you need a plumber in the VB area!
