Premier responded to my call quickly. Shane and his assistant worked diligently to find the underground cast iron pipe that had crumbled with age. After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Absolutely would not recommend for service. I called seeking a technician to inspect our air conditioner, and they set a time for someone to come out on Friday, May 7. They called me just a few minutes before the end of that time frame to say their technician had an emergency and couldn't make it, but they would come on Saturday. I said that was fine.On Saturday they called to tell me that they were extremely busy, and it would be very late in the day before they could come, but they were completely free on Sunday. I told them I understand, early Sunday morning will be alright. They said they would come by 10:00am.When the clock was ticking down on my time frame for Sunday, I called and they explained that they were busy and would try to come by 12:00. How did that happen, if I was told they were free that morning? So when 12:00 came and I *still* had not received a phone call, I called them back and asked them to cancel everything.RS Andrews of Tidewater will make promises they can't fulfill. Choose another business for your HVAC needs.

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!

We noticed an accumulation of water near our entrance sidewalk. After I turned off the sprinkler system valve, the leak continued and was between the water meter and the house. I have the Home Serve repair service offered by Dominion Energy for such issues. HS contacted Mr.Rooter Plumbing, and they sent Plumber Jeremy Shacklette to check it out the next day. He determined it was likely a water service line leak and had American Leak Detection determine the exact location. Jeremy then thoroughly explained our repair options, after discussing them with Caitlin at Mr. Rooter, who in turn was familiar with HomeServe coverage. Jeremy's experience and cogent recommendations resulted in our decision to opt for a replacement line vs a section repair, since the old line was brittle CPVC installed in 2003. I am SO GLAD he did so, since a second leak/break was later found.
Kevin was the plumber assigned the replacement job (along with trainee Matthew), which involved replacing the old 3/4 CPVC with newer PEX 1 line to meet current code. Mr. Rooter plumbing was able to pull a new line instead of a full excavation job. This meant running a steel cable through the old pipe, then pulling the new line through, using a wedge device (pic). Bottom line, it did not damage the lawn at all.
I could not be more pleased with the work done by Jeremy, Kevin, and the rest of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, including Caitlin at the main office, who was our advocate with HomeServe to get us maximum coverage. They were prompt, professional, and took time to explain what was being done. I will most definitely contact them FIRST the next time I need a plumber!!!

Do not give this company a dime! Been having problems since they installed a new toilet and attempted to repair 2 others. They have a slow response time as well.

UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Specific example includes company rescheduling by text after after a scheduled service time lapsed. I made myself available for the two hour window during a work day as requested. After the two hour window passed, I received a text message from Russels rescheduling the appointment to the next day with a two hour block in which they did not ask if I would be available. The company does not have supervisors available to talk to. The company does not offer a way to contact their scheduling team. The company has very little to offer in regards to communication and the staff is poorly trained in regard to customer service.

Mr. Richardson was quick to diagnose and address my plumbing concerns. He located and repaired a leak in an upstairs bathtub that had stained my ceiling. He not only helped me but recommended other companies for different home issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. He’s a true professional with old fashioned values that are so hard to find theses days.

Been using One Stop Plumbing for years and will continue to do so. Knowledgeable, honest, and reliable with fair prices. Have recommended them to several people and they were just as pleased as I was with their service.

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!
