Best New Plumbing Installation in Chesapeake VA

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Mike was SUPER cool and awesome. Dude knew his stuff. I tipped him well just for being all around a great plumber, was there in quick amount of time and got the job done and everything works great again. A1 is Expensive but you know you’re getting a job done correctly. I’d definitely use again if I’m in another pinch. 100 out of 10 I recommend

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

Technician was punctual and very professional. Came out to diagnose smell from HVAC and tested every function and sensor on system. Provided reasonable recommendations and informed me of potential future issues with end of life parts.

Great service from office staff to techs. The office manager was friendly, empathetic, and helpful. The tech installed a new faucet that we provided on our bathroom sink and repaired our older toilet. Both work like a charm.

The technician was very informative and provided a lot of options not just the most expensive one. He was also very courteous when entering and exiting the house.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Harrison Boone worked to solve a/c outage that another tech had tried to repair twice. He ID the problem and set up a temporary fix to provided a/c until a permanent fix could be scheduled. He is the tech you want to fix an a/c outage.

Do not do business with this contractor. I have the signature service plan and it is not being honored. Therefore, I terminated my business with them. Totally unprofessional!!!

Last Saturday we had a huge plumbing problem in the bathroom and were in desperate need of a plumber. After 3 different plumbing companies came out i was losing hope because the issue still wasn't resolved. That's when my two favorite plumbers (Sean and Scott) from Atomic walked in. These guys got here at 10pm when i called and stayed till 4am which is when the problem was resolved. Both Sean and Scott are hard workers and i cant thank them enough for the hard work they put in during a late night. Going forward i will only be calling Sean and Scott for all my plumbing needs.
