Best Line Installation in Chesapeake VA

After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

A++ person and A++ work. What more could a homeowner hope for?

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience, I’ve been through all companies, browns the only one I can use

Had to pay $2,000 to fix/replace pipes THAT DID NOT need to be replaced to fix the issue I called in for (which was that my water heater was leaking). So not only did I have to pay $2,000.. I also had to pay to fix the 2ft by 4ft hole that he put into the wall. And now I have to pay for someone to fix the actual problem because my WATER HEATER IS STILL LEAKING.

Did not do a good job, then tried to charge us more

Jeremy and A1 were great. I called at 7:15am and they were here by 9am already inspecting my water heater. They had a new one installed and running by 12:45. Very professional and will 100% use them again next time I need plumbing services.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. The tech, Austin was great! He was knowledgeable about what a sump pump is and explained how he was going to fix it and what was needed. He kept in communication and provided a great service in no time. I would definitely recommend him!

Mr. Rooter sent Adam to repair my toilet leak problem. I had a big mess on my hand and needed emergency service ASAP. The administrative assistant, Donna, was so gracious, kind, and understanding. She dispatched Adam so fast, he was almost at my house before I finished talking to Donna. Adam did a fantastic job... professional and neat. He knew exactly what to do. He completed the job very quickly and competently. The price was reasonable. And most of all, Adam wore his mask the entire time that he was in my home during this pandemic disaster. I recommend Mr. Rooter wholeheartedly. Excellent!!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.
