We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. He explained what the problem was and what he did to fix in a clear and easy to understand manner. Cost was very reasonable. I was really pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

They came on a service call Technician Zade provide a great help to fix an issue and referred us to full service where we spoke with Technician Currie who reviewed everything and gave us options on doing a full replacement where it was scheduled for a day later awesome that we didn’t have to wait long. Technicians / Installers David and Reid came out after moving my date up so they came earlier than expected. They did a awesome wonderful job in fact house is now cooler that it was previously. Everyone that entered our home was professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was above board and everyone even looked professionally dress for the job. Just a side note I had everyone to sing the theme song from commercial lol smh Thank for adding me to your family. Would do a commercial for you anytime.

Remove PVC sewage line to bring it up to grade, replacing the line, repairing connecting and complete the sewage line clean out. The plumbers and techs were polite and professional. They willingly explained the work, offered suggestions and answered questions

After trying to clear a stopped up sink for 2 days, which included different drain clearers and snaking the pipes, with little to no success I called A1, I got an appointment for one day later, the technician Steve was on time, professional, effective, efficient and got the job done quickly. Our bathtub drain was completely clogged. This is our one and only bathtub. I had tried to use a snake to unclog it, but could not get the snake down through the drain pipe far enough to help. Early the next morning, we began calling to get a plumber. I don't know if it was because it was Friday or if plumbers are always busy, but after calling several places, they were all booked up until at least Tuesday. That's not a good thing when you only have one bathtub! At that point, I called Roto-Rooter and the technician came out within two hours. His name is George Diaz, and he did a great job. It took him a little while because the clog was so far in. He probably wasn't here more than an hour though. We are so thankful for him and for Roto-Rooter being able to quickly and efficiently unclog the drain and get our bathtub back to good working order. Thank you, George! A job well done!

I put in a service request 3 weeks ago and no one never contacted me. I received the initial email saying someone from their VB Office will be in contact. I don't believe I should have to follow up with my own request. I waited 3 weeks because I took in consideration that maybe the pandemic slowed their response time but now I feel I was just overlooked. Not good customer service.

Paul Lanthorn and Jason Cornett and Josh installed a fantastic multi-zone new plumbing system in our renovated 200-year old home in July-Sep 2019.
