Dave was incredibly professional and extremely efficient in getting out to our house to help get our sink and faucet installed. Within two days of my boyfriend calling, Dave came out and gave us a quote after he inspected what needed to be done to complete our kitchen remodel. The following day he came and completed the work, ensuring everything was up to code and done properly. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and even went as far as giving us reputable contacts for electricians to assist us in making sure our kitchen got completed in a timely manner. Very reasonable pricing too! Very grateful to his company and will always call him when we ever have any plumbing issues in the future!!!

Customer Service is horrendous. I had a 4:00 appointment with Smith & Keene to come out and service my unit. The service technician called me and left a message, at 1:30 that he is running early and is on the way. Needless to say I didn’t get the message until 4:00 once I got off work. When I called the office, the lady answering the phone was smug and acted like it was my fault I missed the techs call. When she matter-of-fact asked if I wanted another appointment for the next week, I told her I was going to use a company that will appreciate my business.

Another plumbing company gave me a quote of $844 for a stoppage in the bathroom. Ryan from atomic plumbing arrived promptly, had a very professional appearance and did the job for $344. Very impressive!

UPDATE: June 2023, called RA Styron for the third time. The office guy was professional and understanding. The technician was at the house just after lunch and got the a/c up and running. Nothing but positive things to say. I will be using them to replace my unit this Fall. Awesome company!
May 2022: This is the second time I’ve had an emergent a/c problem and RA Styron responded on the same day. The technician was prompt and efficient. In both cases they resolved the problem within hours of the call. Incredible service. Cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company without reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

Tony was awesome. He troubleshot the issue with my kitchen faucet thoroughly and had it working perfectly when finished. Tony was upfront with all that was needed for the repair. He even gave me some solid recommendations if a similar issue ever happens again.
