Kelvin was both very polite and professional. I was impressed with his workmanship and knowledge of his trade. His price was highly competitive. He was a God send. He even installed my shower pan for me after modifying the plumbing. I give him 5 stars.

I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

A+++! These guys are FANTASTIC. They came out the next day, assessed our old unit and gave us options for replacement units. The work was done the day after we called to schedule. Everyone from technicians to sales was professional, helpful, and I really made me feel like they cared. Our new AC is cooling better than I could have imagined. Technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the issue and explained to me why we were seeing a slow backup clog and how the pipes connected through my house. The issue was resolved quickly and I thank you. I just returned from Iraq last week and wasn’t expecting to run into a major kitchen issue right off the bat but Roto-rooter came out and fixed my issue with-in hours of my call. Definitely recommend this company. 👍

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
