Kelvin is officially a miracle worker. We had other plumbers come to the home to have a gas line placed. Literally the first plumber walked in and walked out and said it could not be done. Kelvin showed up after hearing our story and was determined to find a way. He efficiently checked for alternative options to assure the fireplace could become a possibility. To make matters worst we had a dead possum under the house he needed to bypass just to install our line. And he did it all while not complaining. We now have a cozy fireplace he helped us to set up in place. Kelvin gets it done. Officially our families only plumber. Thanks so much Kelvin. We are so happy to finally have our dream fireplace and all because this plumber does not stop until he gets it done perfectly 👏🏼.

The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

Great service! My plumber was Todd and he was very helpful, honest, and passionate about his career! He was on time and he was able to spot/fix the problem on the spot. After he finished the job, he reminded me to ask about a military discount. Many other people would’ve left that part out so I appreciate his honesty. Overall, I highly recommend!

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.

I normally don't comment or give review but I had to if I could give them a zero I would..I Warranty Company got this Company to come out and check my water heater I'm asking what the problem is he said nothing all he said was he had to get authorization from the Company fine so he goes out side and called so in the meantime the other guy came and said we have to take your co payment I said you haven't fix anything he said that's how the Company does.So I call to the Warranty Company to see why I have to pay up front he said that's their policy..So Neve came back and said they went the claim cause the record told him him I just got service yesterday in the meanwhile I'm still on the phone with Warranty Company the Supervisor stated I had this Warranty since Jan 28,2018...So they left I then call back to Warrranty Company and got the authorization department on the phone they started he hasn't called and gave the diagnosis, so I called to this Company the recp said that he was talking to them then...I called back to the Authorization Dept once again he said he hadn't call..Once I hung up with them call back to Company she stated that they deny the claim...So I'm going back and forth...So I called them from 2:30 to about 4:30 all I got was their answering machine even the Warranty Company call no answer this is very unprofessional ...I said somebody isn't tell the truth on what's going on. .

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. Down to earth, customer focused I would highly recommend Herb to those who need plumbing repairs. Ron Bullard

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

I am new to Virginia Beach and after having a bad experience with another plumber, I made several calls and Tony & Son's was highly recommended. I called Tony and have to say that Tony was one of the most honest and ethical contractors I have ever hired. It turned out that what I was told by a previous company was bogus. Because of Tony's experience he was able to quickly diagnose the gas leak, fix the problem, and just as important didn't take advantage of my wallet. Unfortunately, there are a lot of shady contractors and can assure you that Tony is not one of them. When he left, I felt a sigh of relief knowing it was done correctly and safely. I like dealing with very honest people and will never use another plumber other than Tony.

Service technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. The work was professionally done and in s timely manner. I received several estimates on this project, Cecilia’s was the most reasonable and the staff are nice. I’ll use them for future home projects.
