Best Water Treatment in Charlotte NC

Kyle was awesome! He fixed our shower in a house we just purchased. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. We are definitely pleased!

Mr Rooter was very prompt, professional, and was willing to work with me with a complicated schedule.

We had every out pipe in our house filling up our downstairs bathtub - clog in the main sewage line. We had someone come out, and it seemed to be fixed for a few days, until it started happening again on a Saturday evening. Panicked, because we couldn't use our water and we expected to pay a significant premium since it was Saturday evening, we called Roto Rooter based on the reviews. Stan showed up around 8 that evening. He was professional and friendly, but more importantly, he refused to stop until he had figured out everything that was wrong. The whole process took about 90 minutes for a full diagnoses and repair. The problem was completely fixed, and Stan gave us several pointers to prevent it from happening again. He left all relevant contact information and followed up to make sure everything was ok. I cannot recommend Stan or Roto Rooter highly enough, and they have made a customer for life.

Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company! I highly recommend calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for all of your plumbing needs!

I called them because both of my sinks in bathroom was clogged up they came out within a hour of me calling and did a great job. Noah was very friendly and had knowledge about the services he provided. This was my first time using them and anytime me or anyone I know that may have a plumbing issue they will be hearing from us. Donald did an excellent job cleaning our grease trap. Communicated well and got the very dirty job done efficiently.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I have used Hobbs Plumbing for years. They have installed fixtures, helped with a leak and took care of a clogged drain at my personal home.
