Solomon, AKA Flash was fantastic!! He was on time, courteous yet down to earth and explained everything along the way. He was able to install my toilet same day and left me with options for some other things I am looking to have done. He gave me all of my options without pushing anything on me. Wyatt Works is top notch!!

Dave is absolutely the best. I wasn't expecting anyone to come out on a Saturday without charging me an arm and a leg. I had scheduled Friday evening as my kitchen sink started to back up and then was completely clogged. This morning John from AAA City Plumbing called me to see if I still needed someone to fix my sink. I was away from home so I told him I would call back when I get back home. Later I called John who said He was going to send the person on call. Anyway, to cut a long story short, when Dave arrived, he went straight to the kitchen ran some water through the two sinks and immediately knew what the problem was. He then did some magic and wallah the drain opened up. Dave didn't even charge me what he had quoted me over the phone prior to his arrival. He charged me less than half of that amount as he said he didn't have to run a snake through the drain. I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. Dave is a very lively and friendly person which makes you feel like you are being taken care of by a good friend. I would recommend AA City Plumbing to anyone who may be having a plumbing issue.

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home. OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

Came out on Superbowl Sunday within 30 minutes of calling. Found the leak almost as quick as it appeared and took care of the problem asap. Price was reasonable, considering the emergency call. I'll totally be singing their praises and recommending them to everyone I know!Do NOT pass on these folks, they're the best of the best!

Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Brian and ACC Plumbing and Backflow again and again.

MKB came out and unclogged a drain. They couldn't give a price over the phone. When they got here, he didn't even talk about price. Just started working outside on the city pump system. And then only doing 10 minutes of work. Comes in and tells me that its 285 dollars. And said it's a flat fee and he can't go any lower on the price and the best he can do is 250 for 10 minutes of work. And their explanation was that is what everyone else charges and they're the cheapest and that it costs that much because they used a machine. I was never given a quote, nothing. This is absolutely insanity. Do not use this company.

Yesterday, my wife came home to discover water dripping from the drywall in our garage. We called South End Plumbing and within an hour, Mike arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was water leaking from around the toilet and the shower drain. The next day, Mike arrived, removed the old toilet & installed the new one. He also replaced the seal in the shower drain and within an hour or so, the leaking was stopped.

Mike was responsive, professional, & friendly. I recommend him and South End Plumbing without reservation.

Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly.
