TJ did great job of installing our new faucet and was able to do it in a short time so that price came in less than what we were originally quoted. Very satisfied.

Brett and Eric did an amazing job. Our water heater kicked the bucket at 8pm on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Brett was fast to respond and give a quote. They did a great job, a beautiful installation, very professional, and had me up and running in an hour and a half on black friday. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. The guys were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

I had an emergency situation and Roto Rooter was able to come out the next day. They assessed the situation, gave me some advice, which I took, and the repairs were made the next day. The tech was polite, informative, and very helpful. I rate the service as Excellent. I would use them again.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

I have used IRV several times in the past (3 times to be exact) and I will continue to hire them for all my plumbing & electrical needs.William & his team are always on time, provide excellent customer service, and are extremely thorough.They always provide options along with their recommendations and reasoning so I can make an informed decision on how best to fix the problem.My most recent need was to replace an old water heater. They arrived on time, completed a proper thorough inspection of the water heater, and presented me with options based on different levels of service and types of water heaters. The IRV team had a gas water heater in stock and was able to install it the same day. The water heater works great and I am extremely pleased with IRV.I will continue to use IRV Plumbing & Electrical in the future and I would highly recommend IRV to anyone.

Roto Rooter (and Adonis in particular) was great- I called in the morning, they were out same day afternoon.

I was using roto-rooter for a second opinion and I’m glad I did, Adonis was able to fix my issue for half the price I was quoted from another company and he was very knowledgeable and friendly while fixing the issue.

I will definitely use this service again!

Great experience with Southend Plumbing definitely a 5 ⭐️ experience. Barry did an exceptionally good job, the re-plumbing under the sink looks great.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with American Leak Detection of Charlotte. We had a leak of unknown source and my plumber recommended them. Their regular guy was out sick so they sent 2 guys out who must not have been competent. I watched them closely because I was paying $700 up front and wanted to know how this works. They took a long time and finally decided on a spot and marked it and then left behind a part of their machine. We called the plumber to dig. He dug 4 feet and no sign of water. I called ALD and they insisted that they dig to 6 feet. This required a big machine and at 7 feet still no leak was found. I called ALD again & they acted like I was not telling them the truth. Finally they agreed to try again and sent out their regular guy who quickly found it in a VERY DIFFERENT location where the 2 original guys had not checked. This mistake cost us an extra $1000 dollars & created a HUGE hole in our front yard.
The address on their website is not real, I went there to return the machine part and discuss this situation and no one at the address had heard of them. This does not sound like a legitimate business to me. I have not received an apology nor any offer of compensation. It seems crazy that they can make a huge mistake that costs ME 1K and there isn't any way to hold THEM accountable. So this review will have to do and hopefully someone else will be able to find a company offering better terms.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
